UNI Athletics has named four student-athletes as the December 2025 Athletes of the Month, recognizing their performances during November. The recipients were selected by members of the university’s Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.

Max Brady, a first-year wrestler at 141 pounds, won nine out of his first ten matches, including seven by technical fall. He secured the freshman/sophomore division title at the Grand View Open and finished second at the Younes Hospitality Open.
Jenna Twedt from women’s basketball averaged 9.5 points over six games and scored a season-high 20 points against Northern Arizona during the UNLV Thanksgiving Classic in Las Vegas. She also made five three-point shots in that game.
Lindsay Oldendorf, senior middle blocker for volleyball, recorded 41 blocks in November and helped UNI secure its fourth straight Missouri Valley Conference regular season and tournament titles. She tied her career high with nine blocks in wins over UIC and Illinois State and was named to the Second Team All-MVC for her performance this year.
