North Carolina wrestling announces promotional schedule for 2025-26 season

The University of North Carolina wrestling program has released its promotional schedule for the 2025-26 season. The announcement includes a list of themed events and giveaways planned for each home match.

Single-match tickets are now available for purchase. More information can be found by visiting the program’s official ticketing page.

The season will begin on Sunday, November 9, with a home opener against Northern Colorado at noon. This event will feature Kids Club Day, a youth clinic, and post-match autograph sessions.

On Saturday, November 15, North Carolina will face Navy at 3 p.m. The match is designated as Military Appreciation Day and includes student raffles as part of the Carolina Fever promotion.

The December 12 matchup against West Virginia is set for 7 p.m., with Tar Heel Wrestling Club Camper Night and wrestling mat cup coaster giveaways planned.

Pitt will visit on Friday, January 30, also at 7 p.m., for Takedown Cancer Night. Attendees can receive Hark The Sound hats.

Duke comes to Chapel Hill on Friday, February 6, with Alumni Night festivities and post-match autographs scheduled. Fans attending this meet can receive wrestling singlet keychains.

The final home match against Stanford is scheduled for Friday, February 20, at 7 p.m., marking Senior Night. UNC Wrestling t-shirts will be distributed to fans in attendance.

All matches take place at Chapel Hill and are open to the public through single-match ticket purchases.
