The National Duals Invitational, a major collegiate wrestling tournament sponsored by Paycom, will have its championship match broadcast on ESPN2 on Sunday, November 16 at 6 p.m. Central Time from the BOK Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The final was originally scheduled for ESPNU but has been moved to ESPN2.
Commentator Shane Sparks and two-time NCAA All-American Hardell Moore will provide coverage of the final as the top two teams compete for a $200,000 grand prize.
FloWrestling, through a partnership with FloSports, will stream all 27 dual matches live over the course of November 15 and 16.
“The National Duals Invitational is a terrific opportunity to showcase and grow the sport of wrestling,” said Matt Surber, tournament director. “The high-stakes championship will be a must-watch for both wrestling supporters and casual sports fans, and we’re excited to compete on the national platform of ESPN2.”
Sixteen teams are participating in this event. Together, these programs have achieved more than 60 NCAA team titles and produced over 450 individual national champions.
This year’s tournament features a total prize purse of $1 million—considered unprecedented in collegiate wrestling. The winning team will receive $200,000; both second- and third-place finishers get $150,000 each; additional prizes extend through eighth place. Every participating program is guaranteed at least a $20,000 stipend as part of efforts to support collegiate wrestling.
Organizers also introduced an incentive program awarding $50,000 in team takedown bonuses: squads with the fastest average takedown time during day one’s five sessions will earn $10,000 each.
Fans nationwide can follow every match via FloWrestling’s live stream or watch the championship on ESPN2. Tickets are available through Ticketmaster or directly at the BOK Center Box Office in Tulsa.
