The University of Iowa announced on Mar. 16 that fans traveling to Cleveland for the 2026 NCAA Men’s Wrestling Championships are invited to attend the Hawkeye Huddle event.

The gathering aims to bring together supporters of the Iowa men’s wrestling team during the national tournament, offering a space for community and engagement among alumni, club members, and fans.

According to the announcement, the Hawkeye Huddle will take place on Friday from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. at Whistle Taproom, located at 818 Huron Rd E. The event is free and open to all fans, featuring giveaways, snacks, and cash refreshments. However, organizers noted that registration is now required for all Hawkeye Huddles. Fans are encouraged to register in advance; those who do not register will be placed on a wait list.
