The Indiana University wrestling team has released its schedule for the 2025-26 season, featuring a mix of dual matches and tournament events. The Hoosiers will compete in 15 duals, including eight against Big Ten opponents and seven non-conference matchups.
The season will begin unofficially with the team’s annual Intrasquad match on November 1 at Wilkinson Hall. The regular season starts on November 8-9, when Indiana participates in the Journeymen Classic in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. On November 8, the team will face two yet-to-be-named opponents in dual matches as part of the event, while another group competes at the Michigan State Open. On November 9, those in Bethlehem will take part in the tournament portion of the Journeymen Classic.
Following this opening weekend, Indiana has five consecutive dual meets scheduled. Home matches include Columbia (November 14) at Edgewood High School in Ellettsville, Central Michigan (December 5), and Army (December 13), both at Wilkinson Hall. Road duals are set against Oklahoma (November 23) and Little Rock (December 7).
Before entering Big Ten competition, Indiana will attend the Ken Kraft Midlands Championships from December 29-30 in Hoffman Estates, Illinois.
The Big Ten schedule opens with an away match at Ohio State on January 11 and a home contest versus Maryland on January 18. The following weekend features a road match at Penn State on January 23 and a home meet against Michigan State on January 25.
Later conference fixtures include away meets at Illinois (January 30) and Wisconsin (February 7). Indiana then returns home to host Nebraska (February 15) and Purdue (February 20).
The final regular season event is the Last Chance Open tournament in Fairfax, Virginia on February 22.
Postseason competition begins with the Big Ten Championships from March 7-8 in University Park, Pennsylvania. The NCAA Championships are scheduled for March 19-21 in Cleveland, Ohio.
