Indiana University has recognized redshirt freshman wrestler Chris Crawford as its Male Scholar-Athlete of the Month for March. Crawford, who is from Beacon, New York, competes in the 165-pound weight class and holds a 33-7 record this season. His victories include six by major decision, four by technical fall, and ten pins.
Crawford is majoring in Fitness & Wellness and has secured first place in four separate open tournaments during the current season.
The university highlighted Crawford’s dedication to both his academic work and athletic performance as key reasons for receiving this recognition.
